Personnel
The protocol used in the employee selection process identifies
the strengths, specialties and qualifications of each applicant.
This process incorporates a series of interviews, personality
tests, reference checks, and license verification. Those
selected are subject to a mandatory induction course where
they are introduced to the culture, policies, and procedures
of Fogl Knight Security.
Collectively,
our officer’s possess an array of certifications,
specialties and skills to confidently undertake any type
of security assignment. This enables us to custom match
the criteria necessary for a particular job or site to each
individual security officer’s specific areas of expertise.
